"Will I get in trouble for this?"

We get it. Sharing honest feedback feels scary. Here's exactly how we keep you safe and anonymous.

Your safety comes first, always

Our Promise

Nobody can find out what you said. Not your boss, not HR, not even us. We literally delete your identity the moment you submit feedback.

How It Actually Works

1

You log in with your access code

We verify you work at the company, then immediately delete your email forever. We replace it with a random code like "Swift-Falcon-8472".

2

You share your feedback

Your feedback gets automatically "cleaned" - any names, dates, or identifying details get replaced with [NAME], [DATE], etc.

3

It goes into a locked box

Your feedback sits with everyone else's until we have enough responses (usually 60). Nobody can see individual responses - not even us.

Leadership gets patterns, not people

Once we hit the threshold, AI finds common themes like "people want better tools" or "communication could improve." No individual quotes, no way to trace back.

What Your Boss Actually Sees

Your Boss CAN'T See:

  • Who said what (impossible to trace)
  • Individual responses or quotes
  • Which department feedback came from
  • Your name, email, or any personal info
  • Timestamps showing when you submitted

Your Boss CAN See:

  • "47 people gave feedback this month"
  • "Top concern: outdated tools (mentioned 23 times)"
  • "Communication improvements suggested"
  • General themes and trends over time

Think of it like this: Your boss sees "lots of people are frustrated with the printer" but has no idea it was you who complained about it jamming every Tuesday.

"But what if..."

Still worried?

That's totally normal! Feel free to reach out - we're here to help you feel safe.
